Donations:

By donating to Word of Grace Studies you agree that all donations are given willingly according to what you have purposed in your heart to freely give, apart from grief or necessity for God loves a cheerful giver.

Tithes:

Word of Grace does not accept tithes due to the fact that the Church is not under a tithes and as a tax it is not given freely nor apart from grief or need according to Scripture.

Let each one according to the purpose in the heart, not out from grief, nor out from necessity. For God loves a cheerful giver, 2 Corinthians 9:7

Word of Grace Studies is a 501 C(3) organization.

At Word of Grace Studies the use of all donations as determined by the congregation are used to support the ministry.

Privacy

Word of Grace only uses your information to provide you with the services or products you have requested. We will never sell or use your information in a way that you have not directly authorized. By making a donation you are authorizing Word of Grace to use your information to collect payment, notify you of the process and completion of the donation, retain your information for necessary financial records, and add you to our email lists notifying you of sermons, activities, and support opportunities.

Salvation

Salvation comes by faith through grace. Today a person is saved by believing that Christ died for their sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day according to the Scriptures, 1 Corinthians 15:3, 4¹. God is offering salvation by grace, not works2. Grace is God’s attitude whereby He gives a benefit without the consideration of merit. In other words, you cannot earn salvation because God is not offering salvation based upon works, who you are, or even who you will become – no merit is considered3. A system of order for a household by which the steward dispenses rules and provides for the household according to the owner’s requirements.

Definition of a Dispensation

“Dispensation” comes from a Greek word that is a combination of the words “house” and “law”. It is the standard by which a household is managed.

Dispensation is not unique to Scripture. The concept of a steward running a household by the standards that the master sets are well recorded in human history, dating back thousands of centuries. Today we do not tend to use the word “dispensation”, rather, we express the same concept by “administration”. Scripture uses this well-known concept of a dispensations (administration) to reveal to us what God is doing and how to properly discern the standards God has set for the household we are in, which is the household of Grace.

Scripture defines what a dispensation is and gives us the standard by which we can discern all of the dispensations that are revealed by God. Scripture specifically states two of the dispensations, the dispensation of grace, and the dispensation of the fullness of times. Along with these two dispensations, when we examine how the concept of a stewardship works in Scripture and history we are provided with a solid foundation for the requirements for any dispensation. Applying these standards will result in a proper understanding of the dispensations revealed in Scripture.
