SALVATION BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH

Salvation is by grace (God's attitude whereby He gives a benefit without consideration of merit) through faith (taking God at His Word) by believing that Christ died for your sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day according to the Scriptures.(1 Corinthians 15:3,4).

To be in Christ, which is the portion of all who are saved, is to partake of all that Christ has done, all that He is, and all that He will ever be. It is to have died in His death, to have been buried in His burial, to have been raised in His resurrection, to have ascended in His ascension, and to be seated now with Him (because he is in Him) in glory

Lewis Sperry Chafer, Systematic Theology, Vol IV, pg. 97

Mind is the result of the combination of the immaterial elements of man, in such a way that his emotions and reason may be properly balanced, or that the reason may over rule the emotions, or on the other hand, the emotions may over rule the reason. Mind is the faculty of the soul and spirit which co-ordinates their properties for the person’s good under any circumstances or situations
