Sealed by God
Do you know as a Christian God has put His mark on you? When we believe that Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day, all according to the Scriptures, the Holy Spirit seals us with God’s mark. This means all spirit beings know that we belong to God.
in Whom also you, after hearing the word of the truth, the gospel of your salvation, in Whom also having believed, you were sealed by the Holy Spirit of Promise – Ephesians 1:13.
As part of our salvation, we are sealed until the day of complete redemption. This guarantees we will receive in full what God has promised to us.
and stop grieving the Holy Spirit of God, by Whom you are sealed until a day of full redemption – Ephesians 4:30
As ones who are sealed, we belong to God and therefore Satan cannot touch us. That is right, contrary to what the movies and false religions like the Catholic Church and other false pastors claiming to cast out demons would want us to believe, we cannot be touched by any demon because they know we belong to God.

In the book of Galatians[1] Paul states that the bearing of another person’s weight[2] is filling up again the law of the Christ; yet, in Romans he writes that a Christian is not under any quality of law[3]. How do we reconcile passages of Scripture that seem to contradict each other? What does Scripture mean when it states a Christian is not under any quality of law, yet then indicates there is a law of the Christ and a law of the Spirit? Is a Christian under law or not? Ultimately this leads to the underlying question, “As a Christian, what are the guidelines for my life?” To better understand the rules of our household[4], that is to say God’s expectation for how the saved are to live their life today, we can examine how the word “law” is used in Scripture along with its normal meaning and use in everyday life so we know the difference between being under the Mosaic Law or any quality of law and filing up again the Law of the Christ by loving another saint while fulfilling the law the Spirit of life by our walk.

The third dispensation begins after the flood God brought upon the earth to destroy the corruption of all flesh by man and fallen spirit beings. 
Noah is the Steward of the Dispensation of Human Government
And God blessed Noah and his sons and said to them ” Be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth. And your fear and your terror will be upon all living of the earth and upon all fowl of the air and upon which move of the earth and all the fish of the sea. In your hand they are given. Every moving thing which itself lives to you will be for food like the herb I have given to you all. However the flesh with its soul, you will not eat its blood. And surely with your blood for your soul I will seek from the hand of all living, I will seek it. Rules of the Household
- If a man kills another man, he is to be put to death by man.
- Dietary changes. Mankind is now permitted to eat anything that moves upon the earth, only he is not to eat the blood of any living creature.
- Mankind is to multiply and replenish the earth.
