Rejoice over her, Heaven, and the saints and the apostles and the prophets, because the God judged our judgment out from her. And one strong angel took up a stone as a great millstone and cast it into the sea saying, “Babylon the great city will be cast down with this violence and she will no longer be found.” And a sound of harpists and musicians and flutes and trumpeters will no longer be heard in you, and every craftsman of every trade will no longer be found in you, and a sound of a millstone will no longer be heard in you, and light of a lamp will no longer shine in you, and a voice of the bridegroom and bride will no longer be heard in you, because your merchants were the great men of the earth, because in your religious superstitious awe you deceived every nation, and in her blood of prophets and saints was found and all the slain for a sacrifice upon the earth.”
