Acts 9:1-17

9.1 And Saul yet breathing a threat and murder unto the disciples of the Lord, after going to the high priest, 9.2 asked from him a letter unto Damascus towards the synagogues so that if perhaps he found some of the way being both men and women, after binding them, he should lead them to Jerusalem. 9.3 And in the journey, he came near to Damascus and suddenly shining around him a light from the heaven. 9.4 And after falling upon the ground, he heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why do you persecute Me?” 9.5 And he said, “Who are you sir?” And the Lord said, “I am Jesus whom you persecute.” 9.6 But you stand and enter into the city and I will speak with you, what it is necessary for you to do. 9.7 And the men, the ones journeying with him stood speechless, on the one hand hearing a sound, on the other hand not watching anyone. 9.8 And Saul rose up from the ground, after opening his eyes he saw no one, And while they led him by the hand they entered into Damascus. 9.9 And he was three days without seeing and he did not eat nor drink. 9.10 And there was a certain disciple in Damascus named Ananias, and the Lord said to him in a vision, “Ananias.” And he said, “Look […]

The Gospel of John June 24

John 15:7-15

If, perhaps, you remain in Me, and My utterances remain in you, that which if perhaps you desire you will ask and it will come to be for you. By this My father will be glorified in order that you should bear more fruit and you will be My disciples. Just as the Father loves Me, I also love you. Abide in My love. If, perhaps, you guard My commandments you will abide in My love just as I guarded My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. These things I have said to you in order that My joy should remain among you and your joy should be filled up. This is My commandment, in order that you should love one another just as I have loved you. Greater love no one has in order that he should lay down his soul concerning his friends. You are My friends, if, perhaps, you do as much as I command you.I do not any longer say you slaves, because the slave does not know what his lord does, but I have said you friends because all which I heard from My Father I made known to you.

Abiding

Abide in Me and I in you. Just as the branch does not have the natural ability to bear fruit from itself, except it remain in the vine, thus you do not except you abide in Me. I am the vine and you are the branches. The one abiding in Me, just as I in Him, this one bears more fruit because apart from Me you are not inherently able to do anything.

The Gospel of John June 10

John 15:1-6

I am the true vine and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me not bearing fruit, He lifts it up, and everyone bearing fruit, He cleanses it in order that it should bear more fruit. You all are already clean because of the Word which I have spoken to you. If, perhaps, someone does not abide in me, he is cast outside as the branch and dried up and they will gather them, and they will cast into the fire and they will be burned.
